Established in 1993, Gaomi Guohao Malleable Iron Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of a wide range of cast products. Close to Qingdao City, our company enjoys advantageous economic and technical conditions, and the transportation is very convenient.

We are a Sino-foreign joint enterprise, which has the self-owned export right, and all castings are exported to more than 10 countries in the world, such as the USA, the UK, Germany and Japan.

We mainly produce various kinds of malleable iron, grey iron and ductile iron castings, such as hydrants, valve bodies, pump parts, rail fittings, pipe fittings and manhole covers used for airport, power station, expressway, municipal utilities, and parts for mining and agricultural machines.

We use sand casting process, and own 4 sets of molding machines, 8 sets of core auto-shooter machines, and 1 set of 8 metric tons cupola. Besides, we are equipped with more than 100 sets of modern foundry facilities including a series of cleaning, heat treatment and machining equipment, such as CNC numerical control lathes, planning machines and drilling & milling machines.

During ten years of development, our company has integrated casting with machining as a whole. We also have many technical talents and complete testing system. Our lab has a complete set of analysis and testing equipment.

We have obtained ISO9001 international quality system certificate, and we insist on the principle of "development depending on quality, benefit depending on management, credit depending on service".

We have 13 years of casting experience, and are also specialized in machining business. We supply a wide range of cast products for the transportation, electronics, construction and manufacturing industries. We can produce various classes of castings in grey iron, ductile iron, malleable iron and other metals, according to clients' drawings or samples. The surface treatment of castings can be divided into zinc hot dipping, galvanization, spray painting and chrome plating.
